cute staff comfy bed clean bathroom
The staff were very cute. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was very nice. It had an all-round good quality. The hotel is close to the train station.
The air con was restricted to 19 degrees and the room temperature was at 23/24 degrees, therefore the air con was not cooling the room down properly. I asked for it to be lowered to 17 but they denied my request.

The staff was polite and ready to solve any request . The reception desk was quick and efficient. I received help with directions and local information.

the studio was quite spacious and clean.
the breakfast area was too small for the number of guests. this caused overcrowding. some cooked items were lukewarm despite being freshly stocked.

Really good stay!
great breakfast spacious room attentive waiter
I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, it had a great selection of items and was plentiful. The room was very clean and spacious, it had full utensils for cooking. Sani, the waiter, was great, he provided quick procedures and detailed instructions. The hotel's overall design and furnishings were lovely, especially the courtyard design.
I found that one light switch controls all the lights. It makes it hard to leave only the kitchen lights or main lights on in the evening.
